If it is the .osk (pink like file) then you should be able to just drag it into the osu! window/client and it will auto import and change. If it is the file/folder then you will need to manually open the Skins folder within the osu! folder (easy way is to go into the osu! settings with 'ctrl+o' > scroll til you see "open osu! folder" > locate ...The only way is to export it into a .osk file from the settings and then drag and drop that file into the osu!lazer window at the moment.
