Hi guys, I have a Buescher alto saxophone in possession and I have absolutely no concrete information on this beauty. The serial number is 84xxx and right under it is a fading "20A." Here are some pics. The pads are old and unaligned, therefore the sax isn't in proper playing condition. It needs an overhaul; that isn't a surprise.

These can discolor a mouthpiece. I would not use toothpaste because it is slightly abrasive. Just use luke warm water with a SOFT toothbrush. Aidan Ramsay.There is a small key, under the alternate high F (fork F) key, above the B key. C# is the only note where that key is open. (Except for the high register palm key notes.) @reeddoubler called this out, if this key has an unhooked spring, you can hook it back up. The Z in my opinion blew the SX90R and the Mark VI away. The Z is on top for resonance and projection. It actually sounds like an amplified horn.Therefore, this is my COMPLETE review and story.
