Their compression was significantly lower. Those heads ran compression around 90+. Your 70 reading is low, even for these low compression heads.

It has some sort of motion sensor. The "low oil" alarm is for when the oil resevoir is low. I would immediately mix the fuel to 50::1, in case the no oil alarm is accurate, until you fix the motor.
