Thank you. Try to edit and save the lighting profile in AWCC. Should pop back on no problem. Check Command center, maybe it broke and needs to be reinstalled, or maybe it just needs the lights to be reset in the program. I had the same thing happen all I had to do was update the 610m firmware and go to Alienware command.Not sure when it stopped but at least within the last year starting the game sometimes turns off all lights or works as intended but whichever it does, half the time it doesn't revert to default when exiting. As someone who's never had an Alienware, I'm considering a new Alienware 15 and want to make sure I can turn off ALL lights as needed, including the lighted logo, the keyboard, the side lightbars, everything. I just ran into this issue and found there is a setting in Civilization VI under the Interface section "Use compatible RGB lighting hardware". Turning this off should allow you to use any theme you want. I found the "enable 3rd party access to AlienFX" even when it is unchecked the game still changes the lighting.
