Vex Incursion Zone is always present 24/7 in a rotation (weekly) on Neomuna, like the Eclipsed Zone on Europa. Current problems with it are low enemy density when it overlaps with Terminal Overload, as well as generally low Vex density despite the name. You need to kill things in it every week for shellcode fragments.
