The flawless and exceptional versions can be crafted at the normal blacksmith station with a t3 or t4 blacksmith from the cimmerian or nordheimer faction.
Crafted weapons are all assuming a T4 damage-spec thrall, and then rounded. These numbers do not include Advanced Weapon Damage Kits because that adds a flat +6 to anything. Making a black ice sword is currently more difficult than to make an obsidian sword, and anyway the full light combo of a predatory blade deal 1.5 times the damages of a full heavy combo with this one, so it’s not even so powerful. There are a great many swords out there with better stats. Predatory and Crom being two.
