I used them on funky nasty cars as a used car manager at a dealership to bust out odors from smokers and people that legit had health hazards for cars. Moldy food and crap. It'll ultra blast your Shiftpod for nasties.

As for the door zippers, they are dust proof, but need WD40 silicone spray or similar to worker more smoothly. If you zip them close before you stake out the floor the won't stretch the fabric and will work better. If the zipper is sticky, you can also distress it by popping in the wall, just a little, next to the door. I used an Whynter ARC-12SD last year with a Honda EU2200i. It worked ok, but sometimes the generator shut down when the AC cycled. For this year I wired in a Supco SPP5 to help the generator deal with power spikes. I tried it for a little while this morning and it seems to be working great in eco mode. Thanks for sharing this. I set my Shiftpod up on moist ground in the shade and mildew grew on the floor canvas in a matter of days. I have since set it in the sun to dry and will try the cleaning methods. I still have a difficult time understanding why the fabric side of the flooring faces the ground and the rubber side is what you walk on.

Shade cloth comes in specific widths, so you can plan you unit around that too. The other possible structure is more expensive, lighter, usable for other things and possibly rentable. Our new to us shiftpod 2 bought used this year in pristine condition in co - half under a carport half in the elements. Half in a puddle under the floor. Some dampness seeped in but overall dry and no leaks.
