This means that grinding works kind of like a ladder of sorts, whereas in the original defeating all the enemies in a particular dungeon screen advances your party more up a hill.the ps1 version is overall the best. the psp version has better UI but the game was "rebalanced" and is far easier than the ps1 version. Lunar: SSSC is pretty easy. I'd recommend it to anyone new to RPGs. For easy-to-miss items, yeah there are a couple of items that pwn, but even without them the game remains a cake walk, but that doesn't mean any hardcore RPG fan should pass up on this game.
