Lexia Reading Core 5 is used in the classroom as a way to individualize student learning in reading for students in grades K-5. It covers Phonological Awareness for grades K-1 and Phonics for grades K-2 before moving towards comprehension. In grades 2-5, the program covers Structural Analysis, Fluency, Vocabulary, and Comprehension. Lexia Levels: PreK: Level 1 K: L2-5 1st: L6-9 2nd: L10-12 3rd: L13-15 4th: L16-18 5th: L19-21. My kid's teacher has been able to provide customized lessons for the parts that he's been struggling in, so that's been extremely helpful.
