The hip fire kills is surprisingly not too hard, as the BAS-P has fairly decent hip fire accuracy and recoil control. Look for those close-range fights, either near pathways, doorways, or running close to a player, and you should find this challenge is fairly easy. You can also stand still, or even crouch to keep that hip fir accuracy clean.
