Commuter Benefits Card stopped working w/ OMNY. I have a Commuter Benefits card through my employer. The card issuer is HealthEquity. Up until about 3-4 weeks ago my card worked fine at the OMNY tap turnstiles in the subway and on MTA busses. For some reason when I tap my card I now get a message that says "CARD NOT ACCEPTED".This feature has been removed while we evaluate new tools to serve our customers. My only recourse was to use one of my $20’s and buy a metrocard, a waste. Simply tap and go with the same contactless credit or debit card, smart device, or OMNY card.
