Quicksilver can activate kestrels passive multiple times. Fury gives QS deathproof so he heals, his summons give quicksilver positive effects. Scarlet witch applies defense down to the whole enemy team and for some reason it activates kestrels passive regardless if anyone had defense down prior.IW is annoying because they keep Safeguard, Defense Up & Immunity for an extended period of time lowering the offensive teams turn bonus.
