Same for me when I played on my Xbox one and I tried to restart it and uninstall and reinstall the game and Shang Tsung. I tried to go on another Xbox one and had the same issue. I tweeted Warner bros games support and now its a waiting game to find out or that it may be something they are doing with Shang Tsung.Personally, I like to use a Shang Tsung kustom variation with the Ermac Lift, Smoke Shake and Reptile Slide moves, because I still have access to Soul Steal that way.
