Mantle of Battle Harmony is a really good for weapon based builds, and it's been amazing with Wavesplitter or Ruinous Effigy. But it would be good with Le Monarque too.

Particularly as you approach endgame content. You will very rarely see Nezarac’s yet will often see CHol in Day 1 raids and GMs for example. Doesn’t mean people don’t us it and Nez is great.
