Disabling the traction control is very easy, just push the traction control button and the DIC will report traction control off. To disable Stabilitrak, push and hold the Traction Control/Stabilitrak button until the DIC reports Stabilitrak AND traction control is disabled. Please RTFM!!!

Also, the stabilitrack light comes on when there's an engine issue, especially misfires. Forget the stabilitrack until you fix the misfire. When you selected to go back to 2H either the actuator did no fully move, or the sensor did not see the movement and the computer is telling you it did not see the change.Also, keep in mind that if you do this mod and turn off the ST/TC, I believe it will also disable the ABS.
