So I got a sig P365 with a born date of 7/24/2018, anyone experiencing any issues with the same or around the same DOB? Haven't had a chance to get it to the range. However I have been dry firing it. I have two p365's and have had zero rust issues. On some warm days I have pulled my holster off my belt and found moisture on both the holster and the firearm. All I've ever done is dry it with a cloth or towel.
The initial P365 reviews, comments, and experiences are not what Sig probably expected. Gun shipped with 2 faulty mags, (followers are sticking at the top causing slide to not lock open on last round) called sig, sending me a ship label.
No gouges or large marks on the slide either. Sig fixed these issues successfully with the recent upgrades (Gen 2). 2 possible solutions to the trigger bar spring issue are listed in the PDF report. In my opinion, the P365 trigger is smooth enough. Any gains achieved by polishing will not likely show up on your target 7-15 yards away. Where and how consistently the bullet hits should be the goal, not the feel of the trigger. Edit: and I do get the fix it til it's broke and it's fun to modify stuff thing.
