Oura and Garmin are pretty terrible at measuring sleep stages and awake time. Whoop isnt that great either. Personally I’ve tried Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Inspire 2, Whoop for 6 months, Oura ring, Garmin 935 and Garmin Instinct Solar and even a Beddit 3.0. In my experience the Fitbit Inspire 2 is extremely accurate.
