I earned X factors for 2 separate corners. It appears in the roster menu, but in game they only have Superstar abilities. I’ve tried switching X factors back and forth, taking it down to superstar and back up. Nothing has worked yet. Any tips? This is in solo franchise.

Soooo there are two possibilities! 1st, did you upgrade your Staff using Staff points to unlock Xfactors? If not do this and that should solve your issue. The 2nd issue I haven’t solved is my Rookie player in season 2 is an Xfactor in the menus but not in a game. I can’t find a fix for this one.
