Inferium seeds.
Basically, the higher tier farmland you plant inferium seeds on, the more essence you will yield. That works for inferium only.. For all other crops, when planted on any tier farmland, you will have a 10% to drop an additional seed. This chance goes up to 20% when planted on that crop's respective tier (found by hovering over the seed) farmland.
I make a farm to produce alot of inferium so i can finally get iron seeds.The Inferium Seeds (Tier 1) is a tier 1 seed added by Mystical Agriculture. The plant drops 1 Inferium Essence which is used in crafting many of the recipes in the mod.I was working on creating custom seeds for mystical agriculture, everything works fine until I try to add the output for the seed/plant. Some outputs work fine like "minecraft:diamond" or even "mysticalagriculture:inferium_essence" but then when I try and use "mysticalagriculture:ardite_essence" or various other items the seed is no longer in nei/jei, however if I change the output back to say ...Otherwise, Mystical Agriculture was made to be self sufficient, and only really works with itself. Growth crystals, they come in three level and can be stack above and below. Also sprinklers are easy to make and work well in numbers. 1st try a 5x5 farm, surrounded by sprinklers. Till you can get the t3 growth crystals working.
While Pam's Harvestcraft allows you to harvest without having to replant, Ender IO's farming machine will harvest the plant automatically and sometimes gets a seed (based on the default drop rate for extra seeds). I have thousands of seeds for every Mystical Agriculture plant in my storage thanks to this feature.Rather annoying as I spent a good amount of time making a series of Sequential Fabricators upgrading them not to mention the 5 Master Infusion Crystals to automate Insanium Esseence. tier 6 seed needs the crux underneath the dirt crop block. in the cloche you put the crux in the soil slot. and afair you need a compatibility mod for that.

Industrial Foregoing's Plant Gatherer breaks the crops when it harvests, rather than mimicking a right-click hoe harvest. This is fine with the tier 1 Inferium crops since they always drop seeds when they break, but for anything else it means that you lose the seeds each time the Plant Gatherer harvests them.
It isnt supposed to be easy to get super seeds, it takes time. Ofc there are ways to speed it up, like Agricraft sprinklers (they stack the effect), or growth accelerators (also stack) and watering cans. So I don't recommend this unless you go all out and max all their stats. Simply break the plants when they mature and you have a chance to get inferium seed duplicates.
Are you sure they are inferium seeds and not crafting seeds? I've seen a few people try planting crafting seeds instead of inferium seeds. Which pack are you playing and does it have agricraft? Make sure the water block is at or one up from the tilled dirt block to properly hydrate it. Also, if you're doing dirt farming for inferium use fertilized dirt instead for a bonus to growth, as well as (I believe) being less prone to becoming untilled. Finally, also consider using a farming block to replace the water block for an added boost.
The best way to get seeds is making sure its on inferium land any level but higher will gain a better return & speed. The faster the growth the faster you will get seeds. So to break it down like the other comment : Make a 3x3 with farmland. Pedestal in the middle with fertiliser base.
