Check the upper left corner of the upper screen, if you see "Rear" followed by a crossed out speaker symbol, then the RES is ON and the rear speakers are deactivated since the rear & front inputs are different. Either go into the settings and turn the speakers back on or just set both front and rear inputs to the same source.
