When I click on any character on either of those 2 accounts to load into the game, the game freezes about 5 seconds later just before hitting the load screen to zone in.I have said this before, and Ill say it again. This is the only MMO that I have ever played that must keep servers down for regular maintenance for over two hours on a regular basis. Either ESO is a much more complicated system than every other MMO out there, or there is something worrisome how they do things.

Every 14-hour maintenance since they announced server hardware replacements has been for server hardware replacement on that respective server. They have all fit the windows cited for those replacements in the link above. It's now May, and XBox was explicitly mentioned as getting a server replacement in May.
