I think Andrew Falconer's comments on this Thread are a pretty rational, and reasonable assessment of the recent thinking at the upper levels of CSX... The place where a 'Heritage Fleet' idea would originate and then be funded. They (CSX Mgmt) seem to be strictly "businessmen', and devoid of any want for image makeover for their operation.
