60fps isn't sustainable and it will hard lock your progress eventually. Multiple points in the game require the 30fps physics. It's unfortunate, and frequent enough for me to just decide against the 60fps mods entirely. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Ur specs cant do 60 fps on yuzu. the 60fps mod is broken. It actually causes the game to run at half speed. As suggested, if you want to play it at 60fps you'll have to use cemu. I think you can easily get 60fps using cemu (wii u) instead of yuzu.. you can always give it a try.

In all the games I've played in Yuzu so far I'm getting 1080p 60fps locked with a Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2060, doubt that's the minimum for 1080p@60 but can look around those specs to start off. Forget the switch and just upgrade your pc. You could easily make your computer more powerful performance wise than a switch.
