There is big difference between XVS 1300 and XVZ 1300. XVS is 2 cylinder 1304cc bike with more torque and XVZ is a 4 Cylinder 1294cc bike which is more like a sports bike engine.Used 1300 Sugar Bear for one would take a really close look. If you can find out who had it and how they road, better yet talk to the owner. Not sure if that bike has a carburetor or not but there could be some crap in the carb bowl. I would drain and remove the tank and clean it thorough. Clean out the fuel filter. Make sure fuel line is clear. Take of the carb bowl, at least.
