For Archetype Kineticist it takes 3 actions in a turn to add (10 x Spell Rank) hp to the party. Going by Strike Damage table in the Game Mastery Guide the level 1 moderate average one action strike does about 5 damage meaning 2 strikes should eat the tree and maybe hit the players, depending on variance.
