I did the Natera NIPT panorama blood test in order to find out baby's gender at 10.5 weeks. A lab drew my blood on Tuesday June 1, 2021. I registered my test kit online today, Friday June 4, 2021. I am located in California. I have yet to receive any notification from Natera or my Doctor's office regarding it.I used them last year with my OB for the Horizon test and turnaround was about a week and a half. I didn't know I could create an account on their website and when I did today and inputted my OB's info - sure enough - my results were there! Based on the Panorama NIPT info it looks like turnaround is 5-7 calendar days.

So I got call from obgyn today that the pre-authorization got denied. Tricare does not cover any NIPT as it is on the government no pay list. The test Verifi alone cost $1350!! If it got covered than it must be under very certain circumstances, other wise I have no answer.
