I've just completed No NGU challenge 1-4 yesterday with only 200 levels of A/D hack. My A/D does not get above 1 until about 5 minutes in and I didn't kill the first boss until ~15 minutes, but then the combination of Wandoos 98 (advanced training needed), 30 minute fruit activations, and the augment cascade after Boss 17 brings my completion time of the first challenge to about 1 hour.

Do troll 4 when you can get 1 energy and 1 magic beard to twice the temporary softcap lvl in the same rebirth. Do troll 5 and 6 when you can BB all blood rituals.
