Unplugging & plugging back in LR4 did not work. Tried submitting a ticket, but upon submission, app crashed saying it had a problem with the version of web view installed (my device is current on updates, Samsung S22Ultra). I then tried going through their support site & hit submit, see the loading wheel & then submit button pops back up.
