I'm banking that, like anything else, a lot depends on the individual you get. LHI is the best, it’s a good sign that they sent you to them. 3 C&P exams mtw of next week. 2 different examiners. anxiety, insomnia, migraines, diabetes with 5 secondaries. Anxiety is a known symptom/side effect. The original c&p was with the VA in 2017. They denied that. So I started the appeal process and paid twice for a specialist and all the write ups I needed... the VA Board remanded the appeal on the anxiety and now I need to have another c&p with someone through LHI. The range can really vary, I had an exam take more than 6 months to be clarified. In that time, other exams went through and were sent in perfectly fine. All depends on the situation. DBQ review for PTSD with LHI. Back in 3/19 I filed for PTSD/MST along with FSAD. My FSAD disappeared from my final claim decision.
