There Is a bounty for someone called "the butcher of black scratch" that murdered and mutilated several people in said city. God damn the crab raiders, fake skeletons and Reavers. There's a great spot near the lakes but the raids are fucking BUSINESS. You need a huge, 70s+ skill group with Masterwork everything to make it.
