I sleep in a worn sports bra. If I'm sleeping without a shirt on and turn over my boob slaps me in the face. Can't do stomach sleeping, have lost weight and none of it came off the top. So I sleep with a bra on (stretchy), a pillow between my knees, a pillow for my stomach/boobs, and one for my head. Side sleep.
