Came home Set up new box and put batteries in remote. Thought all is well, no, remote will not pair with cable box. I tried holding the A and D buttons down until green led then entered 981. Nothing, tried unplugging box for 30 seconds then plugged back into electricity, did the pairing remote again and again and again, etc.
The green LED just blinks and blinks until eventually timing out. I did confirm the voice commands option is set to "on". I did all of the basic stuff... reset the STB several times, reset the remote via the "A" and "D" buttons and then entering then 981 code. Still, the same issue.
