Clarification, you can use a builder in the dimension but it will not mine the allthemodium. Only underneath ocean biomes. As was stated earlier, an indestructible charm is a must. But I suggest you go higher. Pretty sure I barely found any when I was mining close to mining dimension bedrock.

Allthemodium ore spawns in roughly Y23-33 throughout the mining dimension, and this setting will clear just those Y-levels. Once it has finished running mine down to that level and find your open area (You might have to look on all 4 sides of the miner to figure out where it went) full of easily-mined allthemodium ore.

Ive had the quarry plus going max size 2 times now in the mining dimension, can say there is Allthemodium, kinda rare tho. Since the quarry wont mine it, they are left floating in the air.
