Now we bought at a low price because it had transmission issues so we opted to have it rebuilt by a local reputable shop. The transmission has been great and no issues yet, after about 7k.Possible that over time--- porosity in the spark plug tubes-- caused slight pooling of oil or coolant. when you removed the plug- the oil/coolant went into the cylinder. the smoke you saw- was the liquid being burned off.
