One Vet with a million dollar building quoted me $703/dog (not going there and he is the one that did them in '98) and the lowest price was $280 to $300/dog with him doing them only at 12 weeks old.

It seems that typically a good vet will glue the ears to a cup or foam wedge. Some vets will let them flip while they heal. It's important that the cut edge be left out in open air to heal. I had my little girls done last Thursday and he glued her ears to a cup.
