Western Dental is a big corp chain in CA (not sure where else) but is widely known as the worst of the worst. Treatment there is half-assed while also overdiagnosed, upsold and overpriced. Staff is overworked, and the whole corp operates off of cutting corners and predatory practices.Always go to privately owned dental practices! My mother is in the dental field and has so many horror stories of corporate chain dental practices rushing procedures and butchering patient’s mouths because it’s all about quantity over quality. Small dentists survive off referrals from happy patients and typically take better care of patients.
