Once you’ve twisted a set of two strands (from the same square of hair), you can twist the strands together. Pass one strand clockwise over the other two or three times. This will form a large natural hair spiral. Personally I like to keep them in for four weeks. I feel like you can't wash your hair properly when their in a style so I don't like to keep them in any longer than that. Only had them once, I kept them in for a week. Wish I would've did it for a month tbh.
