So I think I solved this for my 48" Ultrawide. In Fallout4Prefs.ini I put this in. bBorderless=1. bFull Screen=0. iSize H=1080. iSize W=3840. When I set bFull Screen to 1 it would keep crashing after about 15 seconds or so into a new game or loading an existing one. It's a massive pain in the ass. Yup. Flawless Widescreen is also incredible. I couldn’t get Fallout 4 to run smoothly (on a high end machine) and just gave up. I did get it to run in ultrawide mode, but it was like the frame rate was cut in half. So I needed 100+ FPS for it to feel like 60, and 60 felt more like 30.
