Most ppl look for 200gr hardcast, which is made by specialty companies like Buffalo Bore. That said, none of them are really "enough" in the sense if being foolproof bear medicine. Hot 180 FMJs (not the down-loaded FBI load, hopefully) would be better than hollow points imo. Penetration is the goal.
