Boot Barn as a whole company was great. The management at this location is very heavy on the favoritism. Allowing one person to dress how they want, do what they want, etc. when it comes to an employee that isn’t liked by them they definitely get treated poorly and unfair compared to other employees.Boot Barn Vacation & Paid Time Off.
