The kickoff for the a300, is like 1.5 inches long, so even if you could fit it inside the stock you have, you'd increase your LOP by 1.5". If it makes you feel any better, I have an a300, and even my 14year old prefers it with the kickoff removed. My a400, I bought without the kickoff. 1.

The A300 is optimized for Federal Flight Control. The barrel on the 1301 is chrome lined and better steel. The cone is much better quality on the 1301 than the a300. 1301 has a chromed rotating bolt. The 1301 is very customizable from stocks and forends ect. Either way you have a quality shotgun.If it doesn't go past the lip in the mag tube, the shell will be pushed back out onto the lifter and forces you to cycle the bolt to clear it and load more shells. 4.
