The window controller needs to be reset. Easy peasy! Turn the ignition on, no need to start the engine. Roll the driver's window halfway down. Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done!

Sometimes, not always, while parked I try and roll up the driver's window. It goes up and then comes back down halfway and stops, even if I keep holding the switch, engine running or not, in drive/reverse or not. Also sometimes, when locking the car (with window down) the window automatically goes up (okay), but then comes halfway down.

I believe it's in the owner's manual, but I have a bookmark with the procedure. I'm guessing you can do it on your passenger side, too. Make sure the window lockout button on the driver's door window switch didn't get accidentally pushed. Good point, although on my 18 if I engage the window lockout switch I can still operate the front passenger window from the driver's master control. I found that by accident, thought it was weird, but confirmed in the manual.
