Sometimes, during loading my Mouse goes down to 2 FPS, the rest of the PC works fine. Things ive tried include: Reinstalling the game twice and Steam once. Moving to SSD. Closing all background programs. Adding/Removing several files like the config. Starting Rust/Steam as admin.
