Wondering if anyone has any guidance. I cleaned my puffco the other day and then the atomizer seemed to have trouble connecting (3d chamber). It would work intermittently, and now it’s stopped working altogether. I did a complete tear down of the machine and did a deep clean. Even with that I’m still getting the red and white lights.

They will want the serial number on the bottom of the chamber as well but if it is as new as you say they will replace it. When you get your coin up, just move onto the 3DXL.
