I don't think one capsule will overwhelm you (in a work-setting), but you should definitely be feeling it. For sure don't take two though, unless you've trialed it at home, my personal recommendation.
There is cross tolerance between kratom and other opiates, in my experience. That being said, the way they isolate the alkaloid for the OPMS concentrates is definitely different from the rest.
