It helps to have the right compressor, but a couple of screwdrivers and beefy needle nose pliers will work. Tip: use the head , a spacer of some sort, and a couple of headbolts to hold the valve in place. Place a big nut, spacer etc on top of the valve, then bolt the head down lightly, making sure it hits the spacer.
