If you have a DPS build you're better off giving Memento a miss. Memento sounds great on paper, with 30% potential short term and long term buffs, but because of the way of maff, it works out to 24% damage boost total, and that's if you've maxed out the long term buff (30 trophies collected). Just the short term buff alone is about 14%.
Once the room is cleared and everyone else moves on, there's the Memento guy running around collecting their tokens, but looking like they're sniffing burnt toast. But it's excellent for a solo/farming build. A single token can proc Intimidate, so it's useful for a Hunters/CQ build.
