A few bus drivers almost put me off the bus because my ticket didnt correctly scan. Took over 3 attempts to get it to work. I contacted Mata, however, like every typical customer service I come across, they claim there's nothing wrong on their end. If you plan on using this app, keep in mind theres a small chance this might happen to you.
