Now it feels A LOT MORE smooth and the FP decrease doesn't hurt either. The dual wield hammer moveset is not amazing. The AoW is strong and has infinite hyper armor and huge range, but is very slow. So if you mean PvP, it could do some real work in teams or FFA, but only people totally unfamiliar with it will get hit by it in duels.
