It definitely prepares you for the question style of the comat. If your trying to get a top score I’d say you probably need to supplement in an additional qbank or use more resources. But for strictly having a strong base OME+ comquest you can pass the exams 100%. However, it did give me some BS OMM findings just to artificially lengthen the question stems in an attempt to crunch me for time lol. They are pretty close. I was always within 1-2 pts from the prediction either way. For IM I scored higher than my prediction. I will suggest that you just switch to UWorld though.
